          | easy morning |  | This morning, I was up and around at 7AM... yesterday, it was 9AM after getting to sleep around 3... I'm functioning quite well on 6-7 hours of sleep now, since my energy levels are so much better. Gotta' stay hydrated, though... this dry winter weather can really take it out of you.

 dessert -- pint of Ben & Jerry's Carb Karma Half Baked (20!  erk!  bad me.)

          | goodbye water weight |  | Lost a big chunk of water weight today after managing to stay so well hydrated yesterday.  This bodes well for the future.

          | day two |  | I already feel better... it's amazing how much my energy level improves when I'm not eating junk.
