goodbye water weight
|
Lost a big chunk of water weight today after managing to stay so well hydrated yesterday. This bodes well for the future.
morning weight: 268 lbs.
breakfast -- eggs (2), cheese (1), scallions (1), and spam (2) dinner -- spinach artichoke dip with celery sticks (2), steak (0), salad w/ balsamic vinagrette (4)
total: 12 g carbohydrates
water: 2.5 liters
