easy morning
|
This morning, I was up and around at 7AM... yesterday, it was 9AM after getting to sleep around 3... I'm functioning quite well on 6-7 hours of sleep now, since my energy levels are so much better. Gotta' stay hydrated, though... this dry winter weather can really take it out of you.
morning weight: 268 lbs
breakfast -- coffee with cream (1), morning start bar (2), handful of almonds (2) snack -- 2oz. pepperoni (0) lunch -- four jalapeno chicken sausages (4), 4oz. extra sharp cheddar (1) dinner -- burgers, cheese, low-carb A1 (woot!), scallions (4), spinach, avocado, and scallions with Brianna's french vinagrette (6) dessert -- pint of Ben & Jerry's Carb Karma Half Baked (20! erk! bad me.)
total: 40 g of carbohydrates
water: 3.5 liters
