 day two
I already feel better... it's amazing how much my energy level improves when I'm not eating junk.

morning weight: 271.5 lbs

breakfast -- coffee with cream (2), morning start bar (2)
snack -- handful of almonds (2)
lunch -- spicy jalapeno chicken sausages (4), 4oz. Cabot Hunter Sharp Cheddar (2), two Claussen half-sour pickles (2)
snack -- 4oz. pepperoni
dinner -- three hamburger patties (0), shredded cheddar and monterey jack (1), baby spinach and one Hass avocado with small amount of thousand island dressing (8)

total: 23 g of carbohydrates

water: 4.5 liters
